| Tri-Ominos Clock by Pressman 8" in diameter |
| You probably remember playing Tri-Ominos. It's a great triangular version of Dominos, making much more interesting patterns. I turned the pieces into this contemporary wall clock. I cut a piece of clear plastic into a circle and glued the Tri-Omino pieces to it toward the outer edge. They almost seem to be floating and they make great shadows on the wall. The numbers on each Tri-Omino add up to the correct number to tell the time. The large center design was cut from the top of the box and the center Tri-Omino piece turns with each tick of the second hand, giving it added character and movement. |
